Obesity is More Common Problem in our life

Obesity is mostly caused mostly due to the combination of excessive dietary calories, lack of physical activities and genetic susceptibility. Some cases are caused due to endocrine disorders, medications or psychiatrist illness. The common symptoms of obesity are snoring, sleep apnea, trouble in sleeping, pain in joints or back, unnecessary sweating, itchiness in the folds of skin, fatigue, lethargy and depression.

There are many types in obesity. These are childhood obesity, obesity during growth, obesity due to illness; obesity corresponding to body structure etc. obesity is also classified according o the part of the body where the fat is accumulated. If the fat is deposited in the middle portion of the body it is called as bell shaped obesity. Similarly the fat if deposited to the lower part of the body it is called as lower body obesity.

There are certain factors that influence the tendency for obesity and developing obesity symptoms. An altered gene, family history of obesity, and age are the major risk factors in increasing obesity in both men and women. Certain social and economic issues and quitting smoking also have an effect on weight gain.
