Some Natural Remedies For Prevent Muscle Pain

The muscular pain can be minor or severe. Below mentioned are natural remedies for both minor and severe muscle pain.
    Muscle pain is mostly due to blocked circulation process. A hot bath followed by easy workout, helps in increasing the metabolic process. The increased circulation of blood helps a lot in curing such pain.
    Massaging is a technique that helps to reduce inflammation. This also speeds up the muscle recovery process.
    Massaging with few peppermint drops or even essential oil of rosemary at bedtime can help a lot to reduce several sorts of minor muscle pain.
    Ginger compresses, baths and soaks will help a lot to ease the muscular pain in the joints.
    Soak in warm bath with two cups of epson salts to reduce the strain in muscles due to pain. This salt is good in promoting the swelled and torn muscles to give relief.
    Consuming at least two bananas a day helps a lot in reducing the muscular cramps, that arises due to deficiency of potassium.
    Drinking plenty of water before and after any activity that requires more muscle power will help to prevent cramps caused by the muscular pain.

Natural Remedies for Severe Muscular Pain

    Severe muscular pain can be treated by herbs like sterols/salicylates and all those found in buds, leaves and bark of birches, leaves of poplars, willows, true wintergreen and even in black haw. This is one of the remedies that are used by our ancestors in olden days as well.
  •     The roots of several plants like ginseng, poke, sarsaparilla and devil’s club help a lot in curing pain in the muscular joints.
  •     1-4 drops of tincture of devil’s club or poke root must be used daily. Swallowing maximum 2 dry poke berries in the morning also helps to cure the problems. However, poke berry roots and seeds are toxic and they should not be consumed too much and too often. In addition, this must be taken under a doctor’s supervision.
  •     Using 10-20 drops of yellow dock-root’s tincture is very good for the muscular pain especially for leg pain due to anemia.
  •     Tincture or infusion garden sage leaf helps in preventing the muscular pain in the joints and this also increases the blood circulation.
